Coffeeholic’s New Blends Take us Around the World

Coffee belongs to the top five commodities in the world! Every country has its own distinct way of processing the beans from its flavor and its unique aroma.

Coffeeholic is a coffee shop in Cagayan de Oro that serves unique and famous blends of Coffee from around the world. During their coffee tasting event held last May 11, 2019, the baristas served different blends of coffee and tea, and their servings of all-day breakfast and sandwich.

The Blends of Vietnam
Vietnamese Coffee
The famous Ca Phe Sua Da of Saigon, Vietnam is a strong Culi coffee served to drip into a layer of sweetened milk. Serve in hot or cold, you will savor its strong and flavorful blend of Vietnamese Coffee.

Ca Phe Trung
Also known as Egg Coffee, whipped with egg yolk and condensed milk is a Vietnamese version of Tiramisu. This started in the 1940s in Hanoi when milk was a scarcity and they used egg yolk as a replacement.

The Middle East and the Mediterranean Blends
Arabic Coffee

Premium Arabica beans traditionally brewed with herbs and cardamom for added spice in every cup. Served with Qatari dates fruit which complements its strong taste.

Turkish Coffee
This kind of coffee belongs to one of the world’s famous for its strong taste and its unique method of preparation. Made from finely ground Arabica beans, this is served hot in a copper pot called cezve and sugar is an option. This is by far the strongest coffee in the world.

European Blends
French Vanilla
Is a foamy, creamy, aromatic and sweet kind of coffee. Made from finely ground French roasted beans prepared with Vanilla for added aroma. Drink it solo or partner it with a sandwich or biscuit.

Irish Coffee
Dublin’s signature coffee blend with an alcohol kick. Added with Irish cream, a long shot of Italian espresso for that strong aroma and a shot of Irish whiskey.
